Groundmind was created as a free tool to help guide people through the daily practice of DBT — Dialectical Behavior Therapy. It's not a replacement for professional therapy. It's a companion for building consistent, daily practice with evidence-based DBT skills, in a calm and private space that's always with you.
DBT is one of the most research-supported approaches for managing difficult emotions, improving relationships, and building a life that feels worth living. Groundmind brings those skills into a gentle daily structure so that practice becomes sustainable, not overwhelming.
